Why we exist
The idea came from a delayed evening at a crowded station: a long line at the machine, a train leaving, and a card two dirhams short. Everything needed for that top-up already fits in a browser window, so we built the shortest possible path from "my balance is low" to "I am through the gate".
No account, no app, no upsell. One form, a clear fee, and a receipt.
How we work
- One screen. If a field does not change the outcome, it is not on the form.
- Bilingual by default. English and Arabic are built together, never bolted on.
- Visible pricing. The fee appears next to the amount before you pay.
- Minimal data. We keep what is needed for the receipt and support, nothing more.
Independence
NolTopUp is an independent commercial service operated by a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any transport operator, card issuer or public body. We charge a service fee for the convenience of an instant online top-up; you can always top up through the official channels of the card issuer instead.
